Contract Manufacturer Acquires West Michigan Metal Fabrication Company to Expand Capabilities and Services

DeWys Manufacturing Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of ReFab LLC, a leader in metal fabrication, located in Grand Haven, MI.  Their core values, philosophies and capabilities align with those of DeWys Manufacturing making it a great fit for both companies.

The addition of ReFab will expand DeWys’ core capabilities like cutting, forming, and welding while allowing for even quicker turnaround times to current and future customers. Customers will have immediate access to these additional capabilities and services.  The team understands the needs of our customers are always evolving, so DeWys continues to grow its metal fabrication solutions through diversification of markets, industries, and geographical reach.
