Amy brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Her favorite part of HR has always been working with people and helping them grow and succeed. She is a people-first HR leader and enjoys helping employees and leaders work through challenges and finding practical solutions to make the workplace better. Her background includes HR Operations, talent acquisition, employee development, compensation & benefits, and organizational development. Her approach aligns with DeWys’ commitment to investing in its people while building a stronger organization for the future.

As Human Resources Director, Amy will focus on strengthening several key areas, including:
